50 minute individual counseling sessions are provided at a rate of $200/session.
60 minute couples counseling sessions are provided at a rate of $240/session.

While we do not accept insurance at this time, we provide monthly superbills for “out- of- network” clinical services which may be covered (in part or fully) by your insurance provider.

Insurance companies mandate a diagnosis, oversee your health records, and may request access to your health information while you are in therapy. They may also only cover a small number of sessions per year, limiting your access to care.

You may want to give your insurance provider a call to get some clarity. Consider asking them the following:
Do I have “out-of-network” mental health benefits?
Have I met my deductible?
Is there a limit to how many sessions a year insurance will cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Is approval required?

The duration of therapy is different for everyone. Depending on your symptoms, their duration and context, we will work together to come up with a collaborative plan for how long you can expect for therapy to last.

Therapy is most effective when it is consistent. We recommend all clients begin meeting weekly and adjust the frequency as we find what works best for you.

Maintaining confidentiality is a key part of the therapeutic relationship. By Federal Law (HIPAA), your information cannot be disclosed to others without your written permission unless there is an exceptional circumstance (ie: imminent harm to yourself). If a friend, family member or employer were to call, we can neither confirm nor deny that you are seeking services with us.
